Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fitness gear in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger strength equipment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
